Family-run, West Palm Beach based, in business since 1994.

PIET, Inc. (Price Industries Energy Transfer) was started by the Price family and has been working South Florida sites out of West Palm Beach for decades. We are small on purpose: the technician who runs your scan is the one who writes your report, and every report is reviewed by a senior thermographer before it goes out.

We work with general contractors, structural engineers, property managers, and building owners. Projects range from new-construction QC and parking-garage restoration to insurance-driven electrical IR surveys and post-storm roof assessments.
