Infrared & electrical inspection
Side-by-side IR/visual imagery. Severity ratings. Actionable findings.
Surveys are conducted by ASNT-credentialed thermographers with calibrated radiometric cameras. Each anomaly is documented with paired IR and visual images, delta-T over reference, load conditions, and a severity rating tied to ANSI/NETA MTS and NFPA 70B inspection criteria.
Energized electrical IR inspection
Panel, switchgear, MCC, and feeder thermography under representative load. Findings classified to the ANSI/NETA MTS thermographic criteria: four temperature-rise action levels, from "warrants investigation" to "repair immediately."
Motor & bearing thermography
Trend-monitoring of motors, pumps, and drive trains for bearing failure, misalignment, and winding imbalance.
Roof moisture & envelope surveys
Nighttime radiative-cooling scans map saturated insulation, locate leaks, and flag moisture intrusion ahead of reroofing; verified by core sampling.
Window-seal & air-barrier testing
IR-assisted air-leakage and thermal-bypass site detection in fenestration and air-barrier assemblies; water-intrusion and thermal-bridge findings reported where present.
Rebar grid mapping via thermal differential
Solar-loaded or active heating can flag near-surface reinforcement and shallow thermal anomalies through finishes, a screening aid where microwave testing access is impractical.
Photovoltaic array inspection
Module- and string-level scans for hotspot, bypass-diode, and PID failures on rooftop and ground-mount arrays.
